Reservations
and Confirmation
We require a deposit of 50% of your stay. Master
Card, Visa, Checks and Paypal accepted.
Your deposit must be
paid before we can confirm your reservation. Our Rental
Agreement and Liability
Waiver must be signed and returned to us within 2 weeks of booking. Your
balance is due 30 days before your check in date. Rates subject to 6.4% sales
tax.
Cancellations
30 Days Prior to your Reservation: Your deposit will be refunded less a
$50 processing fee. Or, you may apply all of your deposit toward a new
date that occurs within the next three months.
Less than 30 Days prior to your arrival date: No cash refunds. If we rerent all or part of your reserved dates, you can transfer all or part of your deposit toward a new date that occurs within the next three months.
Damage
Deposits
Your $300 damage deposit may be secured by check or virtually
with a MC or Visa card. No charges will be applied to your card if there is no
damage to the property. If you are paying by check, we will require a separate
check for $300 deposit 30 days prior to your arrival. Your deposit will be mailed
back to you w/in 2 weeks of checkout. You are liable for all damages incurred
to the property, even in excess of your damage deposit. Damage is considered anything
beyond normal wear and tear.
Cleaning
Your rate includes basic housekeeping at the end of your stay. Anything beyond
our listed services will result in a cleaning fee.
We do your laundry, make the beds, sweep, vacuum, dust, do basic cleaning in kitchen & bath and haul your trash.
You are responsible for dishes, appliances, grills & fireplace. Gathering trash, stripping beds, and putting the furniture & cabin to its original condition.
Smoking
This is a non-smoking unit. Any evidence of smoking inside property will be
subject to the entire $300 damage deposit.
Groups
All groups of unrelated members must declare all occupants at the time of
booking. All occupants under 18 years of ages must be accompanied by a parent
or legal guardian. Occupants between 18-21 must be accompanied by an adult over
21 years of age.
Check-In
Check in time is 4-6 pm. Check out time is 11 am. Earlier or later times may
be arranged if available. Please inquire in advance.
Pets
Dogs only, no cats. 2 small or 1 medium size (with a combined weight of 60
lbs or less) will be considered for additional cleaning fee. Dogs count as 1 person
each and apply towards our occupany limits listed above. No dogs less than1 year
or over 10 years of age. We reserve the right to refuse certain breeds or any
animal we deem dangerous to the property or neighbors. Dogs must be leased or
tied up when outside and must not chase wildlife or disturb the neighbors. Dogs
may not sleep on beds, nor be left alone in the cabin. Bring your crate.
All pets must be arranged in advance of your arrival.
Monthly
Stays
Monthly stays must be reserved and paid for at least 60
days prior in the high season. There is no sales tax on monthly stays. Special
rates and policies apply, please Inquire
